These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of amploconsulting.com (the "Site") operated by Amplo Consulting, LLC ("Amplo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. No Attorney-Client or Consulting Relationship
The Site provides general information about Amplo and the services we offer. Reviewing the Site, contacting us through the Site, or sending us information through the contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship, consulting engagement, fiduciary duty, or any other professional relationship between you and Amplo. A professional relationship with Amplo arises only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement that expressly creates it. Until such an agreement is signed, do not send us confidential or privileged information.
2. Not Legal Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, tax, or business advice. Laws and regulations change frequently and vary by jurisdiction and circumstance. You should consult qualified counsel about your particular situation before acting on any information you find on the Site.
3. Use of the Site
You agree that you will not:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any user account;

The Site, including its text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and other content, is the property of Amplo or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
5. Submissions Through the Contact Form
Information you submit through the contact form will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that doing so will not violate any law or any obligation you owe to a third party.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as Google, Resend, and Vercel) to operate. We do not control those websites or services and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplo disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplo and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amplo and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
